Safety centre

Your safety comes first.

These tools and rules are designed to keep every meetup public, platonic and in your control. No platform can guarantee safety — please use your judgement too.

In immediate danger? Call 112.

Call 112

18+ only

  • Every member and campaign must be 18 or older. Campaigns confirm their date of birth and a person checks it against their ID.
  • If you believe someone on the platform is under 18, report them immediately — we act on these reports first.

Verify who you're meeting

  • Every paid booking has a 4-digit meetup code that both of you can see. Check it matches when you meet.
  • Check the person matches the profile photo. If anything doesn't match, don't continue.
  • See the full checklist on the Verify a campaign page.

Stay in the app

  • Plan meetups through the platform — it keeps a record and lets our team help if something goes wrong.
  • Be wary of anyone who pushes to move to WhatsApp or another app before you've met.
  • Changing the meeting place to a home, hotel or other private location is never allowed.

Payment safety

  • Pay only through the platform's secure checkout. Never pay a campaign directly, by UPI, cash or gift card.
  • Membership and meetups are separate payments; the amount is always shown before you pay.
  • We will never ask for your OTP, PIN, card number or password — by phone, chat or email.

Public meeting guidance

  • Meet only in busy public places — cafés, parks, venues, museums, markets.
  • Arrange your own transport both ways. Don't accept rides from someone you've just met.
  • Share your plan (who, where, when) with a friend or family member.
  • Keep your phone charged and stay aware of your surroundings.
  • Leave at any time if you feel uncomfortable. You never owe anyone your time.

What “Verified” means

  • A campaign with the Verified badge submitted a government ID and a live photo.
  • Our team manually compared them and approved the account.
  • Verification confirms identity only. It is NOT a criminal background check, and it doesn't guarantee behaviour.
  • ID documents are stored in a private bucket that only authorised reviewers can access. We keep only the last 4 digits of ID numbers.
  • Read exactly what verification does and doesn't cover on our Trust & verification page.

Report a user

  • Use “Report Profile” on any profile, or report a conversation from the chat.
  • Reports are confidential — the other person doesn't see who reported them.
  • For urgent concerns email safety@rentedgirlfriend.in.

Block a user

  • Blocking immediately stops messages and new bookings between you.
  • You can review and undo blocks from Dashboard → Safety.

Emergency / SOS

  • If you are in immediate danger, call 112 (India's emergency number) first.
  • Coming soon: a one-tap SOS on every active booking that calls 112 and shares your meetup location and details with a trusted contact.
  • We will cooperate with law enforcement requests made through proper legal channels.

Community guidelines

  • Be respectful, punctual and honest.
  • Stick to the agreed activity and boundaries.
  • Keep conversations and payments on the platform.

Prohibited behaviour

  • Requesting or offering sexual, escort, romantic or intimate services.
  • Asking to meet at a home, hotel room or private location.
  • Harassment, threats, pressure, hate speech or discrimination.
  • Soliciting off-platform payment or contact details to bypass safety tools.
  • Anyone under 18 using the platform.

Privacy guidance

  • Don't share your home address, workplace details or financial information.
  • Your date of birth, email and ID documents are never shown publicly.
  • Photos of others should only be taken or shared with their consent.
